✦ General Terms

✦ Please be aware that all artwork, including commissions, are for personal use only and I do not offer commercial usage at this time, including physical goods and the like.✦ I ask that you please keep all conversations professional and respectful. I will refuse your commission request if I feel uncomfortable working with you or your idea.✦ Putting my artwork in blockchain-related technology such as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, and genAI (ex: Chat GPT, Gen AI, Grok, Sora, etc.) are strictly prohibited. This includes past and future artwork.✦ I retain all rights to my artwork created in all forms, digital and print. This also means displaying my artwork across various platforms, digital portfolios, art books, etc. personal and / or commercial (if applicable).

✦ Payments + Process

✦ Work on a commission will not start until full payment is received. I will also accept partial payments if the commission is over $200 USD.✦ Details regarding design, pose, and expression must be established before the sketching phase. Base prices will increase based on complexity and / or add-ons to the commission.✦ You will receive one WIP for every phase of the commission (sketching, inking, coloring, and rendering). These will be the only times I will reach out to you, but please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions / concerns you may have.✦ The ETA can range between 1 month (sometimes sooner) and a maximum of 6 months after the initial payment. Factors such as communication, what the commission entails, and / or life situations can lengthen the process, but I will notify you of any delays.✦ I also like to work on my own personal projects and take breaks in between to prevent burnout. If this makes you uncomfortable in anyway, please do not commission me.✦ I do not work in order and work with whatever commission's easiest for me to complete first. I choose the commissions I accept based on which I feel the most confident. I do not do commissions with deadlines, so please do not commission me if you plan to have one.✦ I will upload your completed commission (watermarked JPG and PNG) via Google Drive. Depending on our form of contact, I will send the link there. The file will be available for 30 days prior to deletion, so please download it as soon as possible. If you need the file again, just ask me anytime.

✦ Refunds

✦ Full refunds are only available if I exceed my turnaround time or if I feel uncomfortable with you or working on your commission. No refunds are given after I begin your commission.✦ Do not request a refund due to an inability to manage finances or obligations. Please plan accordingly before submitting a commission request. Repeated requests for a refund or issuing a chargeback will result in being blacklisted.

* Appendages (ex: legs / arms / fingers) are fine for me to draw, but still ask if unsure.** Any toilet based subjects (scat / watersports / etc.) are not allowed. Please ask me about any kink / fetish if unsure.*** Blood and scars are completely fine. Subjects that have internal organs involved are not accepted.

✦ Wasn't your username previously—? Why so many username changes?

We do not talk about that. Ever. I changed usernames a lot because...one: my aesthetics tend to change a lot and I never know what theme I really want to stick with; two: some things I just do not want to be associated with anymore due to various reasons. I hate how I had to change it because my previous one was pretty cool but I got tired.

✦ How did you finally end up with your current username?

My main OC is a dhampir, half-vampire / half-human, for the people that don't know what that is, just in case. The soft part can either describe his personality, his blessed figure, or both. Pick your poison.

✦ What are your thoughts about pro-fiction?

Media literacy is very important, therefore, I think fiction should be a safe place to explore any topic, including taboo ones.This is fine as long as those particular topics don't reflect upon real life morals / values. The media is not always sunshine and rainbows, it's supposed to evoke emotion.This doesn't mean the average person condones these actions in real life. With that being said, I will have some dark topics in my stories because of my characters' lore and nothing else. I don't care what people have in their different forms of media, all I can do it just ignore, block, and enjoy my day.

✦ Can I repost your work?

Unless I've made something for you, then no. Absolutely not. Sharing in Instagram Stories and places like that are obviously acceptable, but something like saving my artwork and posting it on your own account? No, I don't allow that.

✦ How often are your commissions open?

Honestly I don't really have a set schedule as to when I'll open them (I need to). But the more I do them, I'll try to take them either the beginning of the month or during the middle. If I have to do emergency commissions, that'll be any time.
